- Represent management in important internal and external discussions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Previous management or senior operational experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of business operations and organizational management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Textile, manufacturing or related industry experience is an advantage.
